Your right to cancel
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order and receive a refund within 14 days of receiving your goods, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Hygiene exception
Because our products are cosmetics intended for direct application to the skin, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on any item once it has been opened, used, or has had its seal or hygiene packaging broken — except where the item is faulty or not as described. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty or damaged items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at mothershands.brand@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, including your order number and a photo of the issue. We will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund (including original delivery costs) at your choice.

How to request a return or refund
Email mothershands.brand@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return before sending anything back. We will confirm whether the item is eligible and provide return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Return shipping costs
Where you are cancelling an order under your 14-day right and the item is not faulty, you are responsible for the cost of returning it to us. Where an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

Condition of returned items
Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all seals intact, unless the return is due to a fault. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item does not meet these conditions.

Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

Non-returnable items
Gift cards and any items marked as final sale or clearance are not eligible for return or refund, except where faulty.

Order cancellations before dispatch
If you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, contact us as soon as possible at mothershands.brand@gmail.com. We will do our best to cancel and refund in full if the order has not yet been shipped.
