Products
We make every effort to describe and display our products accurately. Product images are for illustrative purposes; minor natural variations (colour, texture, scent) may occur between batches, as noted in our product disclosures. We reserve the right to amend product descriptions, pricing, or availability at any time without prior notice.

Pricing and payment
All prices are listed in GBP. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments (or our chosen payment provider); we do not store your card details. An order confirmation email does not constitute our acceptance of your order — a contract is formed only once we confirm dispatch.

Right to refuse or cancel an order
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, unauthorised or illegal activity, a pricing or listing error, or unavailability of stock. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

Returns and cancellation
See our Refund Policy. Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel an order within 14 days for an unopened, unused item. Once a product has been opened or used, we cannot accept a return for hygiene reasons — this does not affect your rights regarding faulty or damaged goods.

Product use and safety
Please read the product listing carefully, including usage instructions and disclosures, before use. Our products are cosmetics and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition.

Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos and branding — is owned by Mother's Hands and may not be reproduced without our permission.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our products. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform our obligations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
